- Packages are shipped every Wednesday.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If your package is missing, please contact the postal office directly to locate your package.
Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you believe your package is missing after it has been marked as delivered, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Allow 24 hours after delivery confirmation, as packages may be marked as delivered before arriving.
- Contact your local post carrier to inquire about the delivery status.
- Ensure your mail area is secure and consider leaving a note for delivery instructions.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have mistakenly received your package.
- If the issue persists, file a claim with UPS and provide us with the claim number.
Please note that we are unable to hold responsibility for missing packages after they have been marked as "Delivered." For added security, ensure your shipping address is attended during the day. Claims for undelivered packages must be accompanied by an official non-emergency police report.
International Shipping Policy:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for international shipments. Please review our international shipping policy below:
- For international orders, we use DHL as our shipping partner.
- Delivery times and costs may vary based on your location.
- Please allow 10-15 business days for international delivery.
- International packages may be subject to local government taxes and carrier delays.
Please note that due to logistical constraints and international shipping regulations, we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped internationally.
